on 30^th October 2010 – 10am – 4pm

Activities taking place will be:

· Demonstrations of MMA & Thai/Kick Boxing

· Arm Wrestling – Can you beat the ‘Powerbeck Stig’

· How far can you go – ‘Up the Grappler’ prizes for the winner

· Try out a 20minute class – MMA & Thai/Kick Boxing

· How many kicks can you do in 1min – prizes for the winner

· 20 mins extreme fitness – can you handle the army training regime

· Are you able to put Jack MMA Instructor or Pat Thai Instructor on the mat.

· Personal training & nutritional advice

· Sample our delicious smoothies, shakes, drinks, snacks and meals

· Meet all the staff, Vanity Clinic, Tattoo & Piercing Studio, Cafe, Shop and Gym Staff.
